Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of the OMHL player portal — the website and account you’re using right now. They don’t cover on-ice conduct or eligibility, which are covered by the league’s Rules & Regulations, and they are not the liability waiver required separately before you can check in to play.
Eligibility
The portal is for adult players. By using it, you’re confirming you’re at least 19 years old, matching the league’s existing playing-age requirement.
Your account
Player accounts are created by the league and linked to you when you claim them with your email or Google sign-in. There’s no password to manage — sign-in is by a one-click email link or your Google account, and you’re responsible for keeping access to whichever one you used to sign in.
Your information
What you provide through the portal — contact details, emergency contact, and anything else in your Personal Settings — is covered by the Privacy Policy, not repeated here.
Conduct
Use the portal for what it’s for — managing your own player profile, checking in for games, and viewing league information. Don’t attempt to access another player’s account or data you’re not authorized to see.
No warranty
This is a volunteer-run league site. We do our best to keep it running, but it’s provided as-is, with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability, and we’re not liable for any loss arising from the site being unavailable or from errors in the data it displays.
Changes
These terms may change as the portal changes. Continued use of the portal after a change means you accept the updated terms. This version was last updated August 2026.
